Our team includes a variety of skilled workers: expert machinists, fabricators, millwrights, and certified 6 G Welders. We also maintain an extensive list of qualified part-time workers which allows us to handle larger jobs when needed. We do all types of machining and lathe work, both manual and CNC. We fabricate all types of Material Handling Equipment, from simple racks to sophisticated conveyo

r systems. We can install everything we build. We recently purchased a OMAX Water Jet with 5 ft x 10 ft capabilities.

EXPERIENCED JOB SHOP

Job Summary:
Industrial Maintenance Company is looking for Experienced JOB SHOP Machinists for IMMEDIATE HIRE. Needing BOTH CNC or Manual/Conventional Machinist experienced with CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Bridgeport, Lathes, Grinders, Horizontal Boring Mill and Wire EDM.
Duties:
- Set up and operate machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
- Program machines using CAD/CAM software
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy
- Fabricate parts according to specifications
- Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances
- Maintain machines and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques
- Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming machines
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications
- Knowledge of GIBBS CAM and/or Haas programming is a plus
IMC offers TOP PAY. Rate will be based on experience with a PROGRESSIVE Sign-On Bonus (1 year for Full Investment and 1st installment after 90-day Evaluation).

Qualified candidates should have their own tools or participate in Company Tool Program. Be able to make parts from prints with little to no supervision. Must utilize proper and safe machining methods. The IDEAL Candidate will have 5+ years’ experience with a SELF-STARTER attitude.
