Here's some Before and After videos of a nursery project I completed! This project meant the world to me as it was for my daughter! Who arrived February 14 2022. Hope you enjoy the videos as much as I did doing this project! The project consists of installing 2 new Anderson windows, all new base, casing and crown molding trim. New outlets and covers, new light fixture, new heat register covers, made a accent wall out of shiplap, made and installed a shiplap barn door for closet, put all the baby furniture together, hung shelves and picture and her name on the walls, all the painting

Deck rough frame completed! Check out this beauty!

Project steps included:
1. Dismantled old roof and deck structure.
2. Dug and poured new cement footings.
3. Reconstructed the wall that the ledger board attaches to.
4. Rough framed the deck and roof structure.
5. On the roof, attached a zip board system to make it waterproof.

Old pool shed transformed into a dog grooming room!

All renovation work was completed by Bucher Construction aside from the electrical, plumbing and painting. Project steps included:

1. Raising up the ceiling to create a more spacious feel
2. Installing 2 new windows
3. Installing propervent in ceiling
4. Opening up the soffits with soffit vents so the building can breathe
5. Installing insulation
6. Installing sheetrock, mudding and taping
7. Building a wall to separate the bathroom from the main room
8. Installing trim
9. Wrapping the old foundation blocks with pine
