Traditional concrete slabs rely on control joints to manage cracking, but those joints can become long-term maintenance points. 🫣

At Seretta Construction’s regional headquarters in Austin, TX, a shrinkage-compensating concrete utilizing Komponent® and Helix® Micro-Rebar were used together to place warehouse and office slabs with NO control joints. 🙌

The result: an innovative floor slab design that helped reduce joint maintenance, improve project schedule, and create a stronger slab by eliminating saw-cut control joints.
