This space used to be a pellet stove and chimney.

The homeowners wanted to convert it into a functional bathroom with a tub and storage — which meant a full structural and layout transformation.

No “before” photos this time, but this one was one of the more unique conversions I’ve taken on.

This roof started as a green metal system and ended as architectural black shingles.

What we uncovered during tear-off was extensive wood rot across most of the decking — which meant a much larger structural rebuild than expected.

We replaced the damaged sheathing, corrected underlying issues, and installed a clean, durable shingle system built to last.

Jobs like this are why proper tear-off and inspection matter.
