One area of our business that very helpful to customers is our 24 hour toll free AOG line, (888) 538-1300. There are times customers will call or email with a desperate requirement on the weekend. They might need an extrusion, rolled section or a small piece of sheet metal. AAA Air Support’s wide array of inventory and organization is set up with systems in place to get back in touch with the customer. We take the order; have an administrative staff process the paperwork, then get a warehouse person in on a weekend to pack and ship the order.
This provides a major benefit to an airline or airline repair station that has a critical need and has to get the airplane back in the air.
