On Dynalux, VARILINK is an adaptive compression feature, that combines both compressor channels together and allows for interaction between them.

When activated, the VARILINK provides additional control over the Dynalux two mono channel compressors, by linking both channel’s VCAs together by means of a dc control voltage or compression voltage.

Once linked together, they will immediately start to have a controlling effect on one and another. The degree to which they will affect each other will be determined by

I am saddened to hear that Ted Fletcher has passed. I was a large part of JOEMEEK, and had a close relationship with Ted and his family. JOEMEEK continues to this date. My sympathies to Danny Fletcher and the rest of the immediate family. RIP OLD friend.

Easy to maintain and service as modern manufacturing techniques make it possible to do any service with a phillips screwdriver. 5 Inputs on each channel, and more features than any other console in its class. Such an underrated console! Those who own Series 78 Consoles will tell you just how good this console is. Competes well against consoles that are three times the price! Loads of headroom, punchy, smooth, and the MicPreamps are amazing. Class A Discrete front end tone. Perfect for large orchestral, and big drum sets where you need a lot of extra mics. Let’s also not forget the Trident 80B EQ! The Series 78 packs a ton of tone.

As our middle child, the 78 Series console doesn't get all the attention it rightfully deserves. The 78 steps above our 68 without stepping on the toes of our flagship 88 series with more modularity, a more robust eq, vu and transformer options and much more 📈
