We are a full service remodeling contractor.
We specialize in restoration of older, historical homes.
We are currently looking to fill a few positions ranging from general labor to a project manager.
Specific trades we are looking for are framing, siding, doors & window installation, drywall, painters, light electrical and plumbing, trim carpentry, cabinet setting and floor installation.
The right candidate will posses a general knowledge of multiple trades.
We are looking for people who are self motivated and critical thinkers, being able to solve problems as are common with older homes when the walls are opened up.
Candidates must have reliable transportation and basic tools.
Candidates MUST be comfortable working on ladders.
We work in Seward County. The work day starts at the job site and ends there. We do not report to the office.
Pay is commensurate with experience.

We need people who can do tasks as simple as caulk and sand siding to tasks as complex as framing, skilled carpentry and finish work.

Looking to make the house on 1st st a "smart home". You know, "Alexa, dim the lights & open the doors" but not sure where to start.
Is anyone out there tech savvy that could help design the system & maybe install it as well?
