Yesterday, Morris had the opportunity to welcome students from NC State University’s Poultry Science program for a behind-the-scenes look at the chilling process and poultry processing equipment!

The day began with Dr. Yan Campbell’s undergraduate Poultry Processing and Products class in Scott Hall, where our very own Bobby Cathey shared insights into the chilling process. Later, the learning continued with a tour led by Bobby Iannuzzelli of the Morris manufacturing plant, giving students a firsthand look at how the concepts discussed in class are applied in the real world.

We’re proud to support the next generation of poultry science professionals and appreciate the opportunity to share our knowledge and experience with these future industry leaders!
