📍The Leadership Spotlight: Meet Jeff Hamilton📍
Behind every great company is a mission, and at CenTech Automation, that mission starts with our owner, Jeff Hamilton.
Jeff started this journey 15+ years ago with a simple goal: To offer the best products and services to our customers at a value they can appreciate and accept. Today, he continues to lead our team with a focus on innovation, client success, sustainable growth, and a stable workforce.
A few things you might not know about Jeff:
•What drives you every day?Believe it or not…WORK! That is all I know and I enjoy working.
•What was your very first job? I started mowing yards when I was 12 years old. Also working for my Uncle at a service station at 13. He told me on the first day of work, that he knew I knew how to work, so his goal was to at least teach me how to make monetary change, on a sale transaction, to a customer without using an adding machine…It worked! Because of this, basic math comes easy to me.
•Favorite way to recharge outside of the office? It used to be coaching and watching my two sons play baseball…now, it is watching them coach their own kids. It is kind of hard for me to sit behind the screen and keep my mouth shut, lol. One of them actually came to the fence during a High School Baseball game, years ago, and told me to be quiet.
