It’s a challenging world we live in. Throughout my life, I have had to work diligently to achieve my goals. From my early days as a female laborer to becoming a heavy equipment operator, I have encountered numerous obstacles, particularly in the form of gender bias. I can attest that gaining recognition and respect is no easy feat. I have had to prove myself time and again, and I am proud to say that I have succeeded.

Starting a business may seem straightforward, but sustaining it, generating profits, and keeping employees engaged is a far more complex endeavor.

What many people fail to recognize is the immense time and effort invested outside of regular working hours, including late nights spent in the office, stressing about making informed decisions. At times, the pressure can be overwhelming, and I have found myself on the verge of tears, striving to make the best choices for my company, family, and personal well-being. As a woman, a mother, and a wife, learning to strike a balance between these roles has been crucial. I have come to realize that perseverance and determination are essential in overcoming adversity. I have made significant progress thus far, and I am resolute in my commitment to continue pushing forward and growing.
As a woman in a male-dominated industry, it can be intimidating, but my advice would be to find your voice, step outside your comfort zone, and do not fear the unknown. Even if you encounter setbacks, you will learn valuable lessons from your experiences. ✌️
