On site operations include an all bandsaw sawmill with drop-bay sorter, specialized dry kilns developed for the unique challenges associated with drying Cypress, and a finishing mill utilizing Weinig Moulder technology. Being one of the only "Fully Integrated" Cypress and Atlantic White Cedar manufacturers in the country allows Gates to offer a broad product line, flexible packaging, with timely d

elivery which presents it's wholesale customers a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Products include timbers (long lengths and oversized if desired), interior paneling, moldings, decking and accessories, mulch, siding products and even special millwork requests. Gates Milling is actively involved in appropriate professional, government and regulatory associations and organizations that promote stewardship and sustainability of our nation's vital forest resouce.
