Four years ago, I drew up the design for a good friend’s duplex in downtown Glenwood. He entrusted me with the initial architectural design, structural engineering, landscaping layout and project oversight. Together with 2x4 Architecture, Walter’s Construction, Liz Pettit, and Moser Irrigation, we created a project that we’re all proud of. It’s wonderful to see the finishing touches come together and renters move in.

Bird’s-eye-view of the rebuild progress. See you in October!
