A huge congratulations to Purpose Kidz, who submitted the winning name! 👏
We’ve already started bringing The Roarax to life with a custom sign that has been fabricated and will be completed by next week. Then, it’ll be proudly displayed beside our big Dino out front!
Thank you to everyone who submitted a name! We received so many creative and fun ideas, and it was NOT an easy decision! We truly appreciate everyone who participated and helped make this project so special.

🚨 PUBLIC AWARENESS — ATTEMPTED SCAM AT SEM 🚨
We want to make local businesses and our community aware of an attempted scam that occurred at Southeast Mechanical today.

A group of four males and one female came into our shop claiming they were from a reservation and operated a school for homeless and disabled children, where they taught the children to make jewelry, belt buckles, and other items.

During the conversation, the individuals made it seem as though they had previously spoken with our owner and that SEM had donated scrap metal to them in years past. We have confirmed that this is not true.

We are sharing this information simply to help protect other local businesses. We do not know whether this group is visiting other businesses or whether they may use a different story or approach elsewhere.

We encourage everyone to stay alert and share this post so other businesses in our community can be aware.
