Ryan's Construction & Property Maintenance is seeking a reliable, experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
Residential framing and new construction
Deck and porch construction
Siding installation
Window and door installation
Interior and exterior finish carpentry
Custom kitchen installations and remodels
Custom bathroom renovations
Trim work, cabinetry, and built-ins
Remodeling and renovation projects
Reading plans and completing projects efficiently
Maintaining a safe and organized job site

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience preferred
Experience with finish carpentry, kitchens, and bathrooms
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
Positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic

What a season it has been so far! With over 150 accounts we have been kept busy with early mornings, late nights and even some full days of plowing, sanding and salting. It would not be possible without the awesome crew of guys I have behind the name Ryan's Construction and Property Maintenance and the customers both new and old that support us with their loyalty and business. I just want to say THANK YOU to my crew for their commitment and to everyone who has taken a chance on us and allowed us to grow to where we are today. Since 2011 we have taken pride in keeping your driveways and businesses cleared and safe during and after every storm and have enjoyed meeting so many people from our community. Autumn has arrived once again in Vermont. The leaves are rapidly changing and unfortunately it won’t be long before they’re falling in our yards leaving us with quite the raking job to clean them up. This year, let us do the hard work for you so you can continue to enjoy the beautiful season with one less thing to dread. Here is a master bathroom renovation that we did from start to finish. We gut the existing bathroom and changed the layout by moving a few walls to expand the space. We installed a curbless shower unit and large soaking tub to add a nice upgraded look and installed a beautiful vanity to bring it all together. Shout out to Kerrie at Inspire Kitchen and Bath for the design.
