Red Merle Mechanical offers annual maintenance contracts! Just finished a maintenance contract for a commercial space in Burlington.

This space consists of:
-25 indoor heat pump heads and outdoor units that get cleaned 2-3 times a year.
-4 tankless water heaters that get flushed once a year.
-10 ERV units that get filter changes and cleanings
-Inspections of gas heating equipment
-Rooftop units and filters

Maintenance is important, this is what it can look like when cleaning, even at regular intervals.
