We are a growing hauling and grading company looking for a highly organized, dependable office professional to manage daily operations remotely.
This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone who can take control of scheduling, customer communication, and paperwork to keep jobs running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
• Schedule estimates and jobs efficiently
• Coordinate daily scheduling with crew and equipment
• Handle customer communication from first call to job completion
• Create and manage invoices, estimates, and job records
• Keep workflow organized so no jobs are missed
Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven organization and time management
• Ability to multitask and stay on top of a fast-moving schedule
• Comfortable handling responsibility without constant supervision
• Experience in construction, trucking, dispatching, or office management preferred
What We Need:
Someone who can take pressure off the owner, keep the schedule full, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Pay:
• Based on experience (higher pay for the right person)
