What a great day at our Family Open House this past Saturday! 🎉
We loved welcoming our employees' families and friends to Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing for a chance to see where we work and what we do every day!

Happy National Hot Dog Day! 🌭

Today we treated our team to lunch with oversized hot dogs from Big Dawg's Hot Dogs and delicious sides from MJ's Market & Catering.

A big thank you to both local businesses for helping us celebrate and to our employees for everything you do each day. We appreciate your hard work and hope everyone enjoyed lunch!

National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) 2026, themed "America at Work: Making America Skilled Again", will be celebrated from April 26 to May 2, 2026, bringing together leaders in industry, education, and government to highlight the impact of Registered Apprenticeships and how apprenticeships build a skilled workforce.

At WSM, training the next generation isn’t just a goal, it’s a commitment.

In 2025, we had 4 Youth Machining and Welding Apprentices join our team, and most are still here today with another joining the team soon.
Over the years, most graduated and were hired full time; a few continued to return to WSM during school breaks and over the summer while they were in college.

We’re proud to support hands-on learning and career development in manufacturing.

This year again, 8 employees have been trained or renewed their CPR training with American Red Cross . With a training every other year, it’s more than 30% of our team that have learned the 7 steps of CPR.

Emergencies happen quickly and at any time, be trained in CPR can make the difference between life and death. You have the power to save a life. Train for the moments that matter!
