Yesterday, we had a TKS outing at the Milwaukee Brewers game, and we had a great time!
Between the 22-0 victory and the great company, we couldn't go wrong.

We also had a great experience visiting Kelly's Bleachers before the game. We had a private room, enjoyed brats, burgers, and hot dogs, and then hopped on the shuttle to head to the field.

Parts processed perfectly, quickly, and autonomously.

This system was created to quickly and efficiently process large amounts of parts for our customer. This system processes trays full of raw parts. The robot grabs a part from the tray, holds it up for the vision system to inspect it for threads. Then helicoils are inserted, and the tang is removed. Finally, the helicoils are inspected, and the part is placed back into the tray, and a new one is picked up. The entire process can run unattended until all of the loaded parts are processed.

From raw components to a finished part, all in 50 seconds.

This robotic welding cell combines Infra-Red vision, MIG welding, a rotating trunnion, and a turntable. This combination allows for intelligent material handling to produce a high-quality SUV bumper mount, with repeatable precision.

Today, the Hy-Test Safety Shoe Service Shoemobile visited our shop to help equip our staff with safety shoes perfect for their needs.
We give every employee a $100 annual safety shoe allowance to use on the shoes of their choosing. We're proud to invest in the safety and well-being of our team by providing resources like the Shoemobile, making it easy for everyone to find the proper safety gear.

We are so proud to support this amazing family of youth in agriculture for 4 years in a row now! We purchased these award-winning fowl and then donated them back to their owners. Congratulations to them and all their hard work!

Yesterday, an unexpected power outage changed our plans—but it didn't slow us down. We kept working, as best as we could, and we made the most of the downtime with an impromptu company cook-out. Then when the power came back on after lunch, we got right back to work.
