Facility Support Services, LLC (FSS), an Alaska Native Corporation, is a wholly owned, non-affiliated independent subsidiary of Goldbelt, Inc. FSS has offices Allison Park, PA that provide unmatched customer service to our customers in these areas. Our biggest advantage stems from the caliber of our people. We go the extra mile, striving to stay one step ahead of the curve and excel in servicing

our clients through constant communication. We foster collaboration and teamwork, while combining our technical expertise for successful project outcomes. With current annual revenues over $20 million, FSS delivers quality construction projects on time and within budget. We have bonding capacity of $10 million single project and $30 million aggregate and a SBA small business size standard of $36.5 million, providing FSS with substantial growth potential. Our project experience is quite varied and includes New Construction, Laboratory Renovation, Office Renovation, Warehouse Renovation, Major Electrical and Mechanical Upgrades, and substantial experience working towards LEED Silver, Gold, and Platinum standards. FSS welcomes Sean Goldsmith, PE, as President. A graduate of Virginia Military Institute and a registered engineer in Virginia, Sean brings more than 27 years of consulting engineering and construction experience.

Sean also serves as President of FSS' sister subsidiary Goldbelt Operations Support Services, LLC (GbOSS). Both GbOSS and FSS are construction subsidiaries of parent company, Goldbelt, Inc.
