Just heard from one of our customers that she got a call from another company calling to say they are due for maintenance and can schedule right now. We assure you they did not get your number from us, and it is not us. We send out email reminders and, unfortunately, are a little behind on that due to the hot weather season! If you are due for maintenance, please give us a call and we will get you scheduled. We appreciate your support in helping us keep up with the "big guys!" 😊

Did you know: All Contractors who come to work on your home have to have a valid Contractor's License? You can "check them out" at LNI.WA.Gov, "Verify a Contractor, Tradesperson or Business." This ensures they have the proper insurance and bonding to guarantee their work and protects the homeowner.

Just a heads up. . . Sales tax in the Gig Harbor area is going up from 9.1% to 9.2% and 8.1% to 8.2%. All of Pierce County and Tacoma are also going up .1%. So you will likely see an increase in all of your recurring payments. . . 🙁

It has come to our attention that another LARGE company is telling people that Gig Harbor Heating has "sold out to a bigger company." We HAVE not! Just wanted to get the rumor bud squashed! We are very busy right now because we are still a small, locally owned (since 1999) Company who is trying to keep up with the big conglomerates. We appreciate your continued loyalty!! 😊
