We enjoyed this fun garage mini-split installation today. The exposed wall cavities allowed us to keep all piping on this inside, keeping the outside of the building looking clean, no line-hide required.

These “mini” splits aren’t always mini anymore. This is a full-fledge 3 ton heat pump, which will keep this garage cool and comfortable, even in the peak of summer.

We’re always happy to provide our services and expertise, especially when it comes to helping others get more use out of their spaces.

Some of our HVAC replacements over the last few months.

We never push for a replacement until it’s economically necessary. We have plenty of customers with equipment over 20 years old that we continue to help maintain and repair.

There’s nothing we love more than providing second opinions because one company will tell you that replacement is the only option when all you need is a minor repair.

Just put the finishing touches on a new HVAC system installation.

This equipment from Daikin continues to impress, quiet, efficient, well-made, and one of the few remaining brands still made here in America (parent company and premium line of Goodman).

80 degrees all day on the roof makes it feel like summertime again. We’ve had enough of winter already, bring on the heat!

If you’re familiar with AZ homes built in the 80s, they always have that 7’ ceiling section to contain an old, leaky, metal duct trunk line. Ugly and inefficient!

We’ve done probably 15-20 of these remodels over the years by relocating all the ducting into the attic with proper ceiling vents so the owner can raise that weird drop ceiling up to 8’.

We love opportunities to install some ducts, reminds us of our time doing construction installations and helps keep us young!

Our most recent installation, we’ve been installing these all year long and our customers continue to leave positive remarks on how much they like the look of them and cant believe how quiet they are. Definitely helps create a lot more space down this homes side yard.

Start getting acquainted with this form factor as all manufacturers are following suit.

A customer of ours recently installed their own mini-split with a little extra “Flare”…

DIY’ing mini-splits is always discouraged and not only because they typically turn out unsightly.

We’re not trying to gate keep but there’s a LOT that can go wrong and you’ll not only end up paying for a professional for corrections but in a lot of cases you’ll damage your newly purchased equipment.

With that in mind, we still did our best to make this mini-split look a little less DIY 😅

The prior mechanical contractor installed a brand new rooftop unit to the existing roofjack for the eliminated evap cooler. Unfortunately, the central AC requires much more duct capacity than that…

We wont cut corners like the last guy and brought this install up to modern day specifications with a new roofjack and ducting.
