37 years ago this month, we started Cool Days A/C Inc. It’s been a great run so far

This was a ten year old install that another company put in. As you can see you can’t service or repair the air handler without tearing it completely apart.
We installed a new system and moved the air handler back to the original location where you can actually service and maintain the whole system.
P.S. the other company “modified” a truss by cutting out a portion and reinstalled a main support with one screw. We had to go back and add in new bracing and sandwiched the truss between new 2x4s to keep things safer.

It’s a good change of pace from just doing residential installs most of the time.

Just finished up a Mitsubishi Mini split install on my house. Three 1:1 split heat pumps with a One way recessed air handler. Also swapped out the main system with an American Standard Variable speed Air conditioner

This is the best of the best in Air conditioning. An American Standard Variable speed Heat pump. Modulating control to keep you cool and save money at the same time!

A little snapshot of progressing through an install.. 1st pic is obviously the start... then removed cooler... ducting and old equipment removed.... installing the new ducting we had to clearance the transition for the supply to fit... then finally with the new unit installed, gas line rerouted and supported, then sealed the whole thing up.
