Labor Day brings longer hours and heavier customer traffic for many businesses. Your refrigeration and HVAC systems need to be ready for the added demand.

Before the holiday rush, check your walk-in cooler, freezer, ice machine, and HVAC system. Look for rising temperatures, unusual noise, weak airflow, heavy frost, worn door gaskets, and equipment that is running longer than usual.

A short service visit can help prevent food loss, uncomfortable conditions, and emergency downtime when your team is already busy.

Laconia Refrigeration provides commercial HVAC and refrigeration service throughout New Hampshire and Maine, including 24/7 emergency repair every day of the week.

Fall temperature swings can put extra strain on commercial HVAC systems. Cool mornings and warmer afternoons make it harder for aging equipment to maintain a steady indoor temperature.

An inspection before the seasonal change can identify worn belts, restricted airflow, electrical issues, drainage problems, and controls that are not responding correctly. Addressing these issues early helps prevent uncomfortable workspaces, unexpected shutdowns, and emergency service calls.

Our job is to help businesses stay comfortable and avoid preventable disruptions. Schedule a fall HVAC inspection before your system is tested by changing conditions.

A refrigeration or HVAC failure is not always caused by the largest component in the room.

A faulty sensor, control board, wiring connection, or communication issue can create symptoms that look like a refrigeration or airflow problem. Proper diagnostics follow the system from the control signal to the component doing the work.

Before cooling demand gives way to heating demand, rooftop HVAC units deserve a close look.

Blocked drains, damaged panels, worn belts, loose electrical connections, and neglected filters can turn a seasonal changeover into an operational problem. A unit that appears to be running may still be building risk through poor drainage or declining airflow.

Laconia Refrigeration provides commercial HVAC maintenance, installation, and repair across New Hampshire and Maine. Our licensed and insured technicians service multiple brands and help businesses prepare equipment for the next operating season.

Refrigerant regulations can affect equipment planning well before a system fails.

Businesses operating older systems should review refrigerant type, equipment age, leak history, recovery requirements, and retrofit options with a qualified commercial refrigeration professional. For smaller systems, the amount of refrigerant in the charge can also affect compliance obligations.

Laconia Refrigeration helps businesses throughout New Hampshire and Maine evaluate installation, maintenance, repair, and retrofit needs. Our fully licensed and insured technicians work across multiple equipment brands.
