Why your rod keeps sticking and your weld looks like a caterpillar. 🐛🛑

If you’re running too cold, your weld is just sitting on top of the base plate with zero pe*******on. You might think you're playing it safe to avoid blowing a hole in the plate, but a cold weld is a weak weld that will instantly fail a bend test.

Check out the cross-section at the end to see exactly what a cold bead looks like compared to the right heat. Don't be afraid to crank that machine up and trust the puddle. ⚡
