🚀 STEM Achievers is off to a great start!
Today, our students explored what it means to be responsible when working with technology. We discussed the importance of safely using equipment, taking care of tools, and making good decisions when working with advanced technology like drones and robotics.
To put their teamwork and problem-solving skills to the test, students showed what they know through an interactive on-screen laser tag activity that challenged their communication, strategy, and quick thinking.
We also tackled a STEM design challenge: How would you create a life-saving device for astronauts exploring Mars? Students worked together to brainstorm ideas, design solutions, and think like engineers facing real-world challenges in an extreme environment.
From responsibility and safety to creativity and innovation, STEM Achievers participants are already building the skills they'll need to become tomorrow's problem-solvers!
