Wear and tear on a Bucyrus 2570 dragline requires specialized, large-scale solutions. We have a project underway to overhaul the drag system and restore critical mechanical integrity to this asset. Our field technicians are machining the drag drum bores, drag cases, and all four gearcases directly on the machine, ensuring perfect alignment and precise tolerances.

By restoring these heavy-duty housings on-site, we help our client optimize gear contact, eliminate harmful operational vibration, and extend the operational life of this mining giant.

It’s a massive week at Pro Line Machine as we tackle two Hitachi EX5500 undercarriages simultaneously. Our crew is deep in the trenches on both machines, managing a full sideframe swap on one to ensure structural integrity while performing extensive welding repairs on the other to fix heavy wear and tear from the rugged Nevada terrain. From machining and mechanics to full installs, our team is dedicated to keeping your fleet moving and minimizing downtime.
