Are we making China more competitive or ourselves?

Outsourcing to China = short term profits at an expense to ourselves in the long run.

“Engaging in the race to the bottom” and then you’re handcuffed to a nation that hates us in order to stay competitive. Not smart.

Let’s focus on value and creating it here.

Let’s build the next generation of producers here at home.

Our Perspective

Let's say you design/build/sell a line of industrial equipment.

This equipment requires a vessel or tank or both, some piping, a steel deck of some sort, some electrical work, maybe a PLC and a junction box or two.

Let's say it's called a Gooey-Bob X14, a GB-X14 for short.

GB-X14 is a beast. It does it's job very effectively. Lots of plants, shops and facilities could use one or 5. Probably thousands.

But it's a big and complicated world out there. You gotta think about designing, branding, selling, sourcing, building, painting, assembling, testing, electrifying, shipping and servicing all of these Gooey-Bobs. Not to mention all the codes and standards that the components fall under.

You need to focus on what your customer needs from you. They need you to sell it to them, they need your design, consistent quality, and good after-sale service.

What's going to help you sell more GB-X14's?

Focus on those four things. Put all of your effort and energy into marketing and selling, good designs, assembly and service. Partner with manufacturers that align with you that can provide the parts you need.

This will allow you to grow as quickly as you need to. When things level off and/or funding allows, you can start wrapping vertical integration into your umbrella.

We help equipment manufacturers and solution providers do just that.
