Old homes always seem to hide all the surprises! 👀🏚️

From covered-up windows 🪟 to some areas having insulation while others had none at all, this Rhodes home definitely kept things interesting 😅

We added blown-in insulation, which is a great way to fill gaps and hard-to-reach spaces - especially in older homes 🏠✨ That means better comfort, improved energy efficiency, and one more step toward making this home perform the way it should 💨👌

Our focus is making sure our customers are taken care of first - helping remove trees from homes and properties, securing the area, and preventing any additional damage whenever possible. 🌳🏠

From there, we are here to help document the damage with photos and estimates so homeowners have what they need when working with insurance. 📸📋

A trip to Okoboji for work? Of course! 😎

This Milford home had more shingles in the yard than on the roof when we arrived! The wind was taking off every loose shingle it could find 🌬️ One big reason was improper ventilation, which caused the shingles to loosen and fail.

Our crew showed up and got this home taken care of in just 1 day 💪 We installed ridge vent plus an additional roof vent to make sure this large home now has the proper ventilation it needs.

The homeowners now have a brand new Class 3 GAF Timberline HDZ roof backed by the Golden Pledge Warranty for extra peace of mind ✅🏠

Plus, peep the little helpers learning about tough work before an afternoon of play! 👀💙

Another beautiful deck in Marshalltown is ready for memories, laughs, and plenty of time spent outdoors! Our signature Fiberon composite decking paired with JAM Systems railing came together perfectly, just like always. ✨
