We got this newly constructed home ready with final grading all around so they can come in and put sod down!

Also added a ditch around property to catch all the water coming down stream so it would drain into the pond and not into their nehighbors yard!

Our customer did NOT like how his previous contractor left his road so close to his pond and no slope to be able to mow his grass in the future

We went in and had to clear trees so we could be able to move the road over and build him a nice slope where he is able to mow this summer. We also added a swell on the side so water could run to his pond
