🔧 Gregg Grubbs | Packager & Lease Fleet Business Development Manager
Gregg transitions into a new business development-focused position, where he will leverage his extensive history serving the packager and lease fleet customer segment to drive market share and expand Altronic's control panel business. Gregg will also take the lead technical role in supporting Altronic's strategic relationship with Cooper Machinery Services.

⚙️ Chad Tucker | Customer Solutions Engineer
Chad joins Gregg in the packager and lease fleet business development effort, bringing decades of compression and compression controls experience to the team. His proven track record of collaborating with customers to develop high-value, customized control systems for compressor packages makes him an ideal fit for this mission.

Altronic LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Balent to lead our newly reorganized Control Panel and Application Engineering department.

As Control Systems Engineering Manager, Mark’s expanded role brings together all customer-facing functions in our aftermarket segment under one unified team, including:

✅ Technical support across all products and control panels
✅ Control panel quotation, design, and ex*****on for proprietary control systems (DE/ACM/AFR)
✅ PLC-based control systems, including architecture, programming, and HMI development
✅ Customer application engineering and system specification to support complete solutions
✅ Integrated engineering and service support from initial design through commissioning and long-term operation

By consolidating these capabilities, we are strengthening the connection between technical ex*****on and the customer experience – from initial inquiry through long-term support.

David played a pivotal role in overseeing Altronic's largest capital investment project in the PCB Department—the successful implementation of new Surface Mount lines, completed in 2025. This partnership marks an important step in creating new opportunities for Altronic to advance its technologies and accelerate growth while expanding Cooper's technical capabilities. Together, the companies support a large, long-lived installed base of critical infrastructure, and by bringing together Cooper's industry experience and broad aftermarket support network with Altronic's longstanding engineering innovation, they will explore ways to improve product development and bolster operational reliability for the customers who depend on this equipment.
