Meet our new Supervisor!

Greg Ridenour brings more than 40 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry to his role as a Supervisor with DeShano Companies, Inc. Before joining the team, Greg owned and operated his own insulation and drywall company, building extensive experience in residential construction, project management, and working with customers and crews.

Greg is a licensed builder and has expanded his career into residential building, bringing a strong understanding of the construction process from start to finish. His years as a business owner have given him valuable leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination skills that he now brings to his work with DeShano Companies, Inc.

Greg joined DeShano Companies, Inc. in April 2026, taking over the Supervisor role from longtime team member Doug Padella following Doug’s retirement. Greg looks forward to building on the strong foundation Doug established and bringing his own experience and knowledge to the role while helping ensure quality workmanship and successful projects.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, as well as playing golf.

Welcome to the team Greg!

Some homes are memorable for their finished product. Others are memorable because of the people, the process, and the journey. This one was all of the above.

We're excited to finally share some photos of one of our favorite custom home builds. Every detail was thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted.

A huge thank you to Ambient Dark Media for capturing this home so beautifully! We couldn't be happier with this build and how these photos turned out!

Today, we're celebrating Jennifer and a full decade of dedication, hard work, and being a part of the DeShano Companies story.

10 years ago, she started as our Construction Coordinator. Over the years, she has assisted Chad as the Executive Assistant before landing as the first point of contact with our customers as part of the Sales team.

For 10 years, Jen has been one of those people who helps keep things moving, supports the team, and makes a difference in both big and small ways. We're so thankful for everything she brings to DeShano Companies and beyond grateful to have her as part of our family.

Thank you for the last 10 years, Jen- and for the laughs, memories, and milestones along the way.
