With high temperatures in the forecast this week, we remind our members to stay safe and take precautions when going outside. Be sure to stay hydrated, wear light clothing, stay in the air conditioning, and avoid outdoor activities.

Now through the middle of the week temperatures will continue to get hotter each day. From the mid 90s on Monday to the upper 90s Wednesday and Thursday. Factor in dew points into the upper 60s to near 70 and we will get heat index values over 100 degrees to even around 105 or higher by Wednesday and Thursday for some locations.

Crews have discovered broken poles in the Bonnieville area. In order for crews to safely make repairs, members in the area will experience an outage of 1-2 hours beginning at approximately 8PM. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate our members patience to allow our crews to work safely.
