Riverstone was honored to have been part of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) Awards, recognizing the Girl Scouts of the Commonwealth of Virginia Headquarters project.

This adaptive reuse effort was a true collaboration between RIVERSTONE, JLL, and smbw, transforming a former bank into a space that now serves and supports the next generation of leaders.

Grateful for a client with a clear and meaningful vision, a design team that embraced the challenge, and a construction team committed to executing with care. Projects like this are a reminder that what we build matters…not just in form, but in purpose.

As always, recognition on stage represents the work of many behind the scenes. Thankful for the entire team who brought this to life.

Today we’re celebrating Katelyn Allen’s one year anniversary with Riverstone!

As an Assistant Project Manager at Riverstone, Katelyn plays a key role in getting our projects off the ground and keeping them moving. She shows up every day ready to support our clients, subcontractors, and the Riverstone team.

At our year end holiday celebration in December, Katelyn was unanimously nominated for the “Rockstar Award” and it couldn’t have been more deserved. She brings a positive attitude and a solutions focused mindset that makes a real difference in how we operate. Katelyn is the kind of teammate who makes the entire team better and is always willing to step in to any challenge. We’re grateful for the impact she’s made in her first year and excited for what’s ahead.

The transformation is complete — and we can almost hear the happy little feet running through the new space.

Riverstone is proud to deliver the new Celebree School of Richmond at Willow Lawn. What started as an old church has been thoughtfully transformed into a vibrant early education setting.

The 9,000-square-foot space was reimagined for learning, growth and community — brought to life through careful planning, craftsmanship and close collaboration at every stage.

Future Builders’ Day is all about showing the next generation what’s possible in construction.

Our Manager of Data & Accounts, Sydney McMillan, joined NAWIC’s Future Builders’ Day in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area as part of Women in Construction Week. She read with students and shared what a day in the life of the construction industry can look like.

When young people consider their futures, we want them to envision the opportunities in construction — leading job sites, managing projects, designing buildings and running companies.

A full house and real talk about how technology is transforming construction.

Riverstone Owner and CEO Amanda Wheeler took the stage alongside industry leaders at the 2026 Women in Construction Summit yesterday.

They shared insights on how digital coordination, real-time project visibility and AI tools are improving collaboration and efficiency across teams and jobsites.

It was fitting that the conversation took place at the ACE Center at Hermitage — where the next generation of workforce leaders is starting strong.
