LA Engineering was opened full time in 1998 after 22 years of working in the automotive machine shop industry. Today we have over 36 years experience and have built winning engines in almost all areas of racing including oval track, dirt and asphalt, drag racing, road racing, mud and pulling trucks, even offshore boat racing. We can handle any machine work in house with the exception of crankshaft

regrinding. We do not port and polish heads, In the 21st century there are too many new heads to choose from, to make port and polish make any sense for all but full on competition applications.
