As part of Global Quality Week at Adhesives Research, we're excited to feature our Quality Champions.

From the very first check to the final test result, the work of our Quality Control team in Glen Rock continues to set high standards through their daily preparation and testing of product samples with precision and care. The QC team also plays a critical role in verifying that all incoming materials meet our requirements—creating the start of traceability within our process. They work diligently to ensure every order is tested and approved to meet shipment deadlines, supporting the smooth flow of AR operations and ability to serve our customers reliably.

The AR Limerick Warehouse Associates demonstrate continuous commitment to quality and vigilance in maintaining a clean and safe work environment. They have also recently taken the lead in the selection and evaluation of new manual handling equipment to safely handle and pack CGM products developed for our AR Asia Customers.

At the recent MEDevice tradeshow, Adhesives Research, Inc. unveiled 5 innovative products, including 3 PFAS free diagnostic device PSAs and 2 skin bonding tapes for wearable applications. Behind these successful launches lies a dedicated team that embodies the spirit of collaboration and excellence. Product management at Adhesives Research, Inc. organized an "Appreciation Event" named "Thanks a latte” to honor the internal teams pivotal to these key product introductions. The event not only celebrated teamwork but also offered a sneak peek into the exciting upcoming product roadmap.
The event attendees from various departments such as Quality, Operations, R&D, and Finance were pleasantly surprised with Adhesives Research-inscribed mugs filled with delightful bite-sized chocolates. A special recognition goes out to our Marketing Lab interns - Kayla Martisofski and Isabelle Allen – for their outstanding work in presenting our Healthcare portfolio interactively.
