Man i havent gotten equipment prices lately but just did on a job coming. A complete 4 ton 18 seer the othercompany was 19,000! I was 12,000!variable speed compressor and blower! Dumb old man I suppose I am! But i dont have billboards , big advertising expenses, and all that expensive stuff the customer pays for. Just the parts and labor.

Wowee. Better read your ac quotes good. I just looked at a bid from a local large company and it states no guarantee against refrigerant leaks!! WOW. I pride myself in my reputation of leak finding and lifetime guarantee on my labor performed including no refrigerant leaks due to poor workmanship. If I installed a unit for you, and it looses gas, if it was one of my connections its no charge Bobalouis.🤣

THERES NO SUCH THING AS AN AC TUNEUP!! Dont sucker for sales pitches. ! If your company says they gave your AC a tuneup, either they dont know what they are doing, or are ripping you off.

WE FIND ALL LEAKS ALWAYS. After a lifetime of doing it, we got it figured out so dont waste any more money on leaks. Dont let your AC company tell you it needed refrigerant as if it consumed it. AC units only need refrigerant if somebody let it leak while working or you have a leak.

Because business is so slow, we are now taking on domestic refrigerator repairs.Sometimes the old fridge is fixable without a huge repair bill. The labor rate is much lower than commercial to make repair feasible. My dog needs heartworm pills!!Help🤣

I was just wondering how the job turned out that was done by an employee at a local HVAC sales company turned out. I was called originally but it needed a control board and was too old so they bought a whole unit from him , unlicensed, no company insurance or overhead required to be legal so definitely cheaper than i could do it. The reason i wonder is i had to finish two other jobs he tried to do. Its my slow season id be ok if i had gotten that job . Oh well
