Job Description
We are looking for motivated sales people to join out team! We create hundreds of warm solar leads every week and as we continue to grow our lead generation team we are looking to add a few additional sales people to run those leads. We encourage those with all types of sales backgrounds to apply to our open position and help us continue to create a cleaner environment as well as help homeowners save money!

The solar industry worldwide is expected to grow by 4x from $52B in 2018 to $223B in 2026 (alliedmarketresearch.com 1/2021). With incentives increasing and the cost of Solar power decreasing the Solar Power industry is growing rapidly. Keeping up with demand is exciting and provides immense opportunity. We are in need of good people to help communicate the benefit of solar to residential prospects on preset appointments.

Through a blend of traditional and innovative marketing we are able to generate pre-set appointments for our residential solar closers.
This position reports to the area Regional Manager
In broad terms, you'd be responsible for the following:
Review proposals submitted from marketing.
Selling residential solar through preset appointments. (No canvassing required)
Ensure on-time arrival to daily customer appointments
Provide exceptional customer service – “Customer obsession is our advantage.”
Our average our Residential Solar Salespeople earn $105,000+ in their first full year. Opportunities to advance are available within the first 24 months.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills and attention to detail. You should either have experience in the service industry or sales and be willing to learn more about the solar industry. Since this is a remote position, we’re looking for someone that can work well independently.
