One of our customers was having a major issue with water retaining in their basement. The basement was an unfinished, dirt floor which sat on top of a ledge of rocks (which was uneven). Because of this, massive amounts of water were coming in since the elevation levels were off. Fortunately, our team was able to come up with a solution by, first, creating a z-shaped retainer wall that would support the two different elevation levels, second, pouring/finishing two concrete slabs and, then, layering crushed stone along with a pipe to make a French Drain (which would then connect to a sump basin).

Happy Friday All! We’d like to introduce our newest crew member - Aluche 🐶. We’ve caught him napping on the job and taking multiple coffee (water) breaks but, he’s still within his probation period so we’re willing to let that slide 😂. Have a fun/safe weekend everyone!

This job here, we designed a new set of stairs, walkway, garage apron and stone column mailbox. For the set of stairs, we used colonial tan thinstone veneer ledge for the wrap around and then to cap them, we used brown stone. As for the walkway & garage apron, we used stone ridge caramel tan pavers and for its boarder, we used travertine pavers. Next, we have the flower bed which we laid down jumbo yellow cobblestone. Lastly, we created a stone column mailbox, using the same material as the set of stairs, so that they compliment each other.

As you can see by the (before) photos, this original stamped concrete patio that our client had, wasn't done correctly by the previous company. Aside from it not looking as it should, there was an excessive amount of water pitching towards the house which should never happen. So, what we did, was design a beautiful patio right over the existing one (pitching it away from the house), using pavers. This technique helps with cutting out the extra cost of having to rip up the previous job. This here was completed in Rehoboth, MA.

One of our contractors reached out to us, regarding a new development in MA. They needed us to come in and assist with the some basement floors. So, as you can see here, we did a concrete basement floor with a burnished finish. For this particular basement, we had to utilize a concrete pump in order to transport the concrete to the basement.

Our client here in Barrington, RI gave us a call, needing a seawall built for them, and that's exactly what we did (and then some)! After building the seawall, we were able to add a platform right on the top of the surface, so that everything was combined. We added this touch to the job, so that our client is able to fully indulge in their backyard oasis and add some outdoor furniture to enjoy the ocean view!
