Altadena Begins Again.
After 18 months of navigating insurance claims, difficult negotiations, planning, and uncertainty, we can finally begin rebuilding.
County permits are slowly starting to come through, and construction is moving forward. For Rossmoyne, this moment brings us back to our roots—the production and development of quality homes, built with experience, purpose, and pride.
With more than 1,000 insurance claims behind us, we now stand beside Altadena homeowners as they take the next step: turning loss into plans, plans into foundations, and foundations into homes.
This is more than construction. It is the rebuilding of families, neighborhoods, and an entire community.
