What You’ll Do:
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential/light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform system inspections and recommend solutions to customers
• Handle service calls independently with strong troubleshooting skills
• Ensure all work meets code and company standards
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• EPA certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional attitude, appearance, and customer-focused mindset
