🏆 GCC Pueblo Wins the 2025 Pueblo YMCA Corporate Cup! 🎉

We’re proud to celebrate GCC Pueblo’s first-place finish in this year’s Corporate Cup Division I. Our employees showed incredible teamwork, energy, and dedication in every event, while also supporting each other’s health and wellness.

A special congratulations to Travis Hardesty, winner of the Corporate Cup Logo Design Contest, whose work honored the memory of our colleague John Madrid.

GCC Pueblo also joined the YMCA’s Togetherhood “Paint the Town” Project, volunteering to improve local homes and neighborhoods while strengthening our community connections.

Thank you to everyone who participated and represented GCC Pueblo with pride. Your teamwork and commitment continue to make a positive impact!

At GCC, safety is a value that unites us and makes us stronger as a team. 💪

On September 19, all our facilities in Mexico actively joined the National Civil Protection Drill to strengthen a culture of prevention and improve our capacity to respond in emergencies. 🚨👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

Thanks to the coordination of brigades, supervisors, and the active participation of every employee, evacuation times were efficient and provided valuable lessons for continuous improvement. ✅

When it comes to safety, every minute counts and every action matters. ⏱️🔴

🌱 At GCC, we believe building a better tomorrow together also means supporting our communities.
On Sept. 19, GCC employees in Rapid City joined NeighborWorks America® Dakota Home Resources for a community project, contributing to the cleaning and maintenance of a community garden.
🙌 Through their time and energy, our teams strengthen neighborhoods, support local initiatives, and create a positive, lasting impact.
This effort is part of our nearly 20-year partnership with United Way of the Black Hills through Month of Caring, where in 2024 alone we contributed more than $25,800 in volunteerism and donations.

We’re proud to announce that King II Mine has received the RMMI 2025 Safety Award for Small Underground Mine.

This honor recognizes operations that achieve strong production without compromising safety, reflecting the dedication and teamwork of every employee on site.

👏 From Line 2 in Production to the national bodybuilding stage, Teidy Orpinel is a true example of resilience, discipline, and passion. Representing GCC and , Teidy recently wrapped up a standout competition season. He earned 1st place at the state level and placed among the top athletes nationally.
His message to teammates: “Don’t be afraid to start. If you have the motivation and discipline, nothing can stop you.”
We are proud to celebrate teammates like Teidy who inspire us on and off the clock. 💪
