LAST CALL: PAVING SEASON IS WINDING DOWN

Wisconsin's paving window is short, and it's closing faster than it feels this time of year. Asphalt needs the right temperatures to cure properly, and once fall weather sets in, that window shuts for the season. Projects that don't get scheduled now risk waiting until spring, along with continued wear, potential safety issues, and the possibility of higher costs when work picks back up....

At Munson Inc., we install and maintain fences built to withstand Wisconsin’s climate....

Is Your Commercial Fence Built to Last? A Quick Checklist

Is Your Fence Built to Last? Your fence works hard year-round, but not every fence is built to hold up the same way over time. Longevity often comes down to details you can't see from the surface, like footing depth and installation quality, just as much as the materials themselves. A fence that looks fine today can still have underlying issues that shorten its lifespan or leave gaps in security....

Is Your Facility’s Perimeter Security Ready for Summer

Summer often brings increased activity to commercial and industrial properties. Contractors, deliveries, seasonal employees, visitors, and outdoor projects can all put additional demands on your property's perimeter security. Now is a good time to take a fresh look at your fencing, gates, and access points to make sure they're still providing the security, safety, and functionality your facility needs. A secure perimeter does more than define property lines....

June Paving Reminder: Your Parking Lot Is Your Property’s Welcome Mat

June is a great time to take a fresh look at your asphalt. After a Wisconsin winter, parking lots can show signs of wear fast: cracks, fading lines, rough patches, drainage concerns, and those “we should probably get that checked” spots near entrances, loading areas, or high-traffic lanes. Munson can help you assess what your pavement needs now, what can wait, and what should be planned before it turns into a bigger repair....
