Sooo this week has been crazy!
This heat is not healthy for man or machine!
And loads of AC's have been getting hit hard with dead motors/capacitors, you name it...

Even a customer who did not know what a filter is or even where they reside. Walked him through how to discover his two returns and how he needs to change the filters, like now, since it's been like a year...no really, a year.

Needless to say, his coil was iced up pretty bad and I asked him to please shut the unit off to allow it to de-ice before Phillip got there for service.

Please, if you can do one small but super important thing, please change your air filters.
The cost of a filter versus a new AC unit, a no brainer.

This restriction will cause very expensive repairs from compressor to coil replacement.
Remember to change your air filters every month.
