STUDIO CITY PROJECT – PART 1 🚧

Not every renovation challenge is visible at first glance.

This property has an open permit dating back to 1997 that was never properly closed out. Before any major renovation work can move forward, that issue has to be resolved.

In this first walkthrough, I explain the situation on-site and prepare for a superintendent inspection that could help move this project one step closer to the finish line.

This is a great reminder that permits, city records, and project history can have a major impact on timelines, budgets, and development opportunities.
