This tenant fit-up in Troy, NY involved a complete transformation of the existing space, delivered through a comprehensive interior construction scope that included:
• Full demolition of the previous layout
• New metal framing throughout
• Installation of new mechanical systems and advanced lighting controls
• Demountable glass partition systems to create flexible, modern workspaces
• Cloud ceilings with integrated Axiom trims for a clean architectural finish
• A 60 KW standby generator to support critical operations

Through careful planning, tight coordination, and disciplined ex*****on, our team successfully completed the entire project in just eight weeks, delivering a high‑quality workspace on an accelerated schedule.

16,000 sf of concrete going down today at the Rise Midtown Square! This 48 unit multi-family structure will have a center courtyard and underground parking for its tenants.

This is our Rise at Midtown Square project. 143,000 sf with 106 luxury apartments and underground parking in this phase. Matala Builders & Son, Inc. is doing a great job framing as always.

This first photo is significant because this existing building had only 3 floors when we started! A project like this is not without challenges, but we successfully added 2 new floors to an existing 3 story building. This 37,500 sf building is located in the heart of downtown Albany on North Pearl Street. Platt Construction Services provided a full design-build scope on this mixed-use, adaptive re-use project. Completing a total of 20 luxury apartments and 15,000 sf of commercial space. Thank you to our great team and to our many Subcontractors for getting it to the finish line safely.

Creekside Apartments in Troy, NY is a ground up 12 unit apartment complex that we completed recently. Spacious two-bedroom units with all electric HVAC and appliances. This was a good project and we are looking forward to working with this great client again soon. Thank you to Cotler Architecture for the great set of plans.

In 2024 we worked on several Design-Build, Historic, Adaptive Re-use projects. This 10 unit conversion project is now ready for leasing. This was a challenging historic renovation which turned a former school, built in 1916 into 10 two-bedroom apartments, each with two bathrooms.
