Working alongside Jankow Companies, our team is currently working on 54 State Street and 30 South Pearl Street, two properties included in the first round of funding announced as part of New York State’s investment in Downtown Albany.

Our team has been busy renovating this commercial building's exterior! 👷🏼

We stopped by the site this week to check on the progress and caught Aj Signs Co removing the existing canopies to make way for the building's new exterior transformation 🧱

New signage is coming soon, so stay tuned for updates and be sure to check out Old Brick in Glenmont once the project is complete! 😎

Here's your first look inside the transformation of 30 South Pearl Street in Downtown Albany 👀

This 14-story office tower is undergoing a $16 million transformation by Jankow Companies, with our help bringing the vision to life. Once complete, the 236,000-square-foot building will offer premier Class A office space designed for today's workforce.

The project includes upgraded office suites with flexible layouts, a fitness center, sauna, yoga studio, tenant lounge, indoor golf and racing simulators, billiards, a restaurant space, an outdoor patio, and so much more 😎👏🏼

We're excited to share that 54 State Street in Downtown Albany is officially under construction! 🔨

Our team is currently clearing out the old space to start framing several floors as we begin transforming this 180,000-square-foot former 10-story office building into a mixed-use residential property. The building will soon become home to 24 studio apartments, 72 one-bedroom apartments, 24 two-bedroom apartments, and commercial space, bringing new life to the heart of Downtown Albany 👀🏙️
