They had a leak that wasnt discovered soon enough. Leak was repaired , sheetrock repaired, just like it never happened.

The past comes back to haunt.... Dry white pine saw mill lumber used as a jack stud to hold up a main header which holds up the end of a 1980s manufactured home.... Sitting on concrete ... With the grade set so when the water runs down the hill behind the home from the roof run off, the water can get around the corner, and run onto the framing for the garage door. So, we supported the header, removed the rotten jacks and installed new pressure treated jackstuds, installed new trim at the bottom of the walls, door trim, etc. Good for another 50 years.😉😉
