Domus was proud to attend and support Bring Philly HOME, an event that brings people together to help address homelessness in Philadelphia.

It was an honor to join advocates, community leaders, and partners committed to creating pathways to housing, healthcare, and opportunity for our neighbors in need.

Congratulations to Morris Williams on receiving the SPARK Award, and thank you to Project HOME, Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, and the Rising Leaders Committee for hosting an evening focused on partnership and progress.

Domus Construction was honored to sponsor and attend the 2026 PACDC Gala & Awards Ceremony at the Mütter Museum. The evening brought together community leaders, organizations, and industry professionals who are helping create positive change across Philadelphia.

From affordable housing and economic growth to neighborhood investment and community partnerships, the work celebrated throughout the night reflects the impact being made across the city every day. Congratulations to all of the award winners and finalists recognized for their dedication and contributions to Philadelphia communities.

Construction continues at Barrett Playground as work moves forward on the $20.6 million redevelopment project in Philadelphia.

Current progress includes upgrades to the playgrounds and sprayground, basketball and sports courts, walking loop with fitness stations, picnic areas, and open playing fields. Work is also underway on improvements to the gym, kitchen, offices, and multipurpose rooms, along with accessibility upgrades, new trees, wall and ceiling art installations, and updated security features. We’re proud to continue helping transform this space for local sports teams, after-school programs, and the surrounding community!

We’re proud to have completed Good Shepherd Senior Residences in Overbrook as the general contractor.

The project brings 55 affordable senior apartments to the community and provides housing for adults 62 and older.

We’re grateful to have helped deliver a project that creates more housing opportunities in Philadelphia!

Construction is ongoing at Shepard Recreation Center!

Crews are setting structural steel as work continues on site.

When complete, the project will include new additions, improved accessibility, renovated program rooms, updated systems, and spaces for boxing, classes, exercise, and community use!

Sepviva Lofts at 2201 E. Tioga Street in Philadelphia continues to take shape, with steady progress on site.

This 51-unit affordable housing development is moving through construction and coming together.

Once complete, the project will provide housing for residents earning 20–50% of the area median income, with completion planned for 2026!

Work continues at our project at 2640 Lehigh Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia. This four-story building will bring 36 affordable apartment homes along with support spaces for residents.

The structure uses wood-frame construction with a partial basement, focused on meeting the needs of future residents.

We’re making steady progress and look forward to the next phase of construction!

We recently completed a senior living project, Maple Village in Philadelphia!

This community provides affordable housing for adults 62 and older. It includes one and two bedroom apartments with full kitchens, living and dining areas, and in-unit climate control.

Each unit includes layouts designed for ease of use, with open living spaces, kitchen storage, and bathroom access that supports residents’ needs.

The building also includes shared spaces such as a community room, library, laundry on each floor, and on-site management.

This project supports safe and accessible housing for seniors in the community!
