Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

Black Iron Manufacturing is looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing equipment, and working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you.

Monday–Friday
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Starting at $24.00/hour
Higher starting wage available based on experience

Responsibilities:
Perform general facility and equipment maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Complete general handyman repairs and maintenance.
Assist with plumbing and electrical repairs.
Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.

Qualifications:
Experience with general automotive maintenance.
Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
Ability to read and understand schematics.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Self-motivated with good problem-solving abilities.

No laser maintenance experience? No problem! We will provide on the job training for our laser equipment. We're looking for someone with a strong mechanical background and a willingness to learn.
