✅ Fabricated, powder coated, and delivered 25 custom golf bag stands for the new driving range at St. Clair Country Club.

✅ Built and installed a custom cab protector for a local landscape contractor's new Switch-N-Go mason dump body, providing durable storage and equipment protection while maximizing usable space.

✅ Fabricated a set of custom scaffolding racks for a local masonry contractor to help keep materials organized and improve jobsite efficiency.

You really never know where this job is gonna take you.

One day you're building fuel tanks or railings… next thing you know you're crawling inside a 1500 gallon asphalt sealer tank chasing down a pinhole leak.

Customer caught it at the end of last season while washing it out — got it in just in time before things ramp back up this year. Small problem now would’ve turned into a big one real quick once it’s full and running.

Not the cleanest job, not the easiest access, but that’s part of it. Get in, fix it right, and keep their operation moving.

If it’s steel and it needs fixed — we’ll figure it out.

Custom Headache Rack / Pipe Rack Build

Recently completed this rack setup for Wagner Truck Equipment headed to an oil & gas fleet truck.

Fabricated from heavy wall square tubing for strength and durability in the field. The rack features an expanded metal cab protector, integrated tie-down points, rear pipe wrench holders, and a fire extinguisher mount for added functionality.

The rear pipe rack section was built removable to maintain full access and flexibility depending on the job.

Finished off with Sherwin Williams Epoxy paint for a durable, lasting finish.

We wrapped up a stainless repair job today at the Edgeworth Club, taking care of multiple cracks in a commercial dishwashing sink.

All damaged areas were properly ground out, TIG welded, and then dressed back down and polished to a smooth, sanitary stainless finish. The sink is now fully sealed, structurally sound, and leak-free—ready to handle daily kitchen use without further issues.

Stainless repairs like this require the right prep, welding process, and finishing to ensure both durability and cleanliness. Glad we could get this taken care of quickly and keep things moving without the need for replacement.

Shop to field, rinse and repeat.

-Custom fuel tank build wrapped up and headed for paint.
-Demo grapple installed on a CAT 306.
-Pipe work done for an oil/water separator at a local Air Force base.
-Stainless and aluminum welding completed to help a municipality brace for the storm.

Topped it off with an after-hours emergency pipe thaw, using our engine-driven welder to induce heat and get a frozen copper water service flowing again.

Another custom tank out the door.

This one was built to fit tight — designed specifically to squeeze between an underbody toolbox and the body on a Switch-N-Go truck. Clean, functional, and made to work every day.

Specs:

25-gallon capacity

Fabricated from 11-ga steel

Fill-Rite pump

Automatic shutoff nozzle

Hose with quick connects

Integrated hose storage compartment

Finished in epoxy paint for durability

No off-the-shelf solution here — this was a true custom fit to maximize usable space without giving anything up.

This tank is getting crated and shipped to a customer in New York, ready to bolt in and go to work as soon as it lands.

If you’ve got a truck that needs fuel on board but doesn’t have room for a standard tank, this is exactly the kind of problem I like solving.

Installed a Teran demolition grapple on a CAT 314 excavator, completed on-site with minimal downtime.

While on location, we also handled multiple small repairs on various pieces of equipment, rotating machines in and out to keep everything moving and avoid unnecessary downtime.
