Five years ago I had a dream of hosting a Graffiti Week event… and this year it’s finally happening. ⚡️🌹

Hello everyone, we have some BIG news! Electric Rose Auto Salon and Shine District will be hosting our FIRST official Graffiti Week event!

With very little time to pull this together, Ethan from Shine District, Jennifer & Mike Hecker with Hectic Week, and the Graffiti group have all been working hard behind the scenes to help bring this vision to life.

We’ll have:
• Smoky Gs BBQ serving up the grub 🍖
• Live music from Hectic Week 🎶
• THREE tattoo artists from 13 Mag out of Sacramento laying down ink 🖤
• Approximately 65 show cars 🚘
• Custom Detailers Park & Shine Graffiti shirts 👕
• Event dash plaques
• A Detailer’s Choice Trophy 🏆
• And a whole lot of fun with an amazing community

Many of you know Ethan from Shine District originally got his start working alongside Electric Rose Auto Salon before opening his own shop.

When I brought Ethan on, I knew he had the same entrepreneurial drive I did. That pushed me to become a better leader and mentor, sharing the lessons and hard knocks I learned building my own business so he didn’t have to figure it all out alone.

What started as working together quickly turned into a friendship built around pushing each other to grow in this craft.

Since then both shops have grown in our own ways. Different strengths, different styles.
I tend to be the right-brain creative thinker, while Ethan brings the left-brain analytical side.

When the shop right next door became available, the opportunity to collaborate again without sacrificing our individual brands was a no-brainer.

Healthy competition.

Two professionals.
More like family than friends.
Both obsessed with doing the work the right way.
